A Brief History of Al-Salam Day School

General
ADS is a private certified Islamic Pre-K-3 through 8th grade school.
ADS was established in 1990 at the West Pine Masjid near Saint
Louis University. Years later many community members donated
funds to build Daar Ul Islam in West County. Al-Salam Day School
moved to the basement of Daar Ul Islam. During the 07-08 school
year ADS, by the mercy of Allah (SWT) moved into a new school
building located adjacent to Daar Ul Islam.


Size
During the 10-11 school year ADS had 242 student's enrolled, which
was the highest in ADS history. Student enrollment is growing every
year!

Location
ADS is located north of the Dar Ul Islam Masjid at 519 Weidman Road
near the intersection of Manchester and Weidman Roads.
